The F4REI k.s.i.l. fund is in the form of a limited partnership of investment units (komanditní společnost na investiční listy; k.s.i.l. and its legislative adjustment can be found under §15 of the 204/2013 of the Legal Code). By investing into this fund, the investor obtains a number of investment units and the possession of those makes the investor a co-partner and limited partner of the fund, including all its projects and long-term assets, and contributes therefore to the profit of the fund. The fund is under the legal care of the general partnership, the so-called General Partner of the fund. The general partnership takes care of the fund’s assets, decides on the investment strategies of the fund, and can be legally considered the equivalent of an executive in a limited liability company.
